When Malarkey Limited Lifetime Warrantied shingles are installed with two or more Malarkey Accessory Products, those accessory items are also covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty. However, Windsor® Starter shingles are not considered an accessory as they are required in Windsor® shingle installations and thus covered by the Windsor® shingle warranty.
Exclusions:
Lifetime coverage does not apply to certain property types, including houses no longer maintained as the primary residence, churches, schools, apartments, condominiums, cooperative housing arrangements, or buildings owned by corporations, trusts, or government entities. These types of dwellings are subject to an entirely different warranty program.
Right Start™ Period
